THE FOLLOWING IS THE GIRLS PLAYER DEVELOPMENT TRYOUT CALENDAR OF EVENTS:
SECTIONAL TRYOUTS: MARCH 21-23
Sectional Tryouts are open to any USAH registered female with birth years 2008 through 2013. Players will tryout in one of 4 locations to advance to the District Tryouts. Individual Section Tryout schedules may vary.
DISTRICT TRYOUTS: APRIL 25-27 SKANEATELES
District tryouts are by invitation only. Invitations are extended to females with birth years 2008 - 2011 who have been evaluated at Regional Tryouts. Players will compete for the opportunity to advance to Regional and National CampS.
NYSAHA SUMMER DEVELOPMENT CAMP: JULY 25-29, 2025 AMHERST
The Girls Summer Development Camp is an overnight camp designed for younger females who have taken part in the Regional Tryouts. More details regarding this camp will be available soon!
As of May 22, 2025, USA Hockey has finalized the player selections for the Girls National Player Development Camps in accordance with the National Notification Timeline. At this time, all our District players who have been selected to attend or who are alternates for one of the 2025 National Girls Player Development Camps have been notified. The list of selected players for each Girls National Camp will be posted below and at: https://teamusa.usahockey.com/2025playerdevelopmentcamps.
BOWLING GREEN CAMP SELECTIONS(08-09 BIRTH YEARS) - Players selected to attend the Bowling Green Development Camp will receive registration directions, along with all other pertinent information DIRECTLY FROM THE CAMP DIRECTOR. That information will be sent soon. For the most accurate information, questions regarding the Bowling Green Camp should be directed to that person. Players listed as ALTERNATES for the Bowling Green Camp will be contacted by the Camp Director as openings occur. Openings may come as late as the middle of June.
EASTERN 15 REGIONAL CAMP SELECTIONS(10 BIRTH YEAR) - Players selected to attend the Eastern 15 Regional Development Camp will receive registration directions, along with all other pertinent information via the parent email provided at District Tryouts. That information will be sent soon. For questions regarding the Eastern 15 Regional Camp please contact Joe Eppolito @ joe.eppolito@nysaha.com Players listed as ALTERNATES for the Eastern 15 Regional Camp will be contacted via email as openings occur. Openings may come as late as the middle of June.
The player selections for the 2025 Eastern Regional Camp to be held in Massachusetts are posted below. Player selected to the camp will receive an email directly from the Camp Director with registration information. Players listed as Alternates will be considered for the camp if selected players from all districts are unable to attend. Alternates that are considered for the camp will be notified by the Camp Director after the registration deadline for that camp closes. Alternates not selected for the camp may also be considered for the NY Summer Camp to be held in July at Amherst.
The selections for the 2025 Buffalo Girls Development Camp to be held in Amherst from July 25-29, 2025 are posted below. Registration information for the camp has been emailed to all players selected. Players need to register by JUNE 2nd in order to guarantee your spot!

Players not on the list are automatically placed on a wait list. Wait listed players will be notified of any openings by June 6th.
Letters of invite and regret for the summer camp for 2011, 12, and 13 birth year players involved in the sectional process were emailed to parents on April 28th.
Players who have been invited to attend will be sent a jotform link to register no later than MAY 12th. The REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JUNE 2ND!
Players who have been placed on the wait list will be invited to attend if openings at the camp occur. Waitlist invites will occur by JUNE 6TH!
