Kevin Moore

Central Section

Kevin Moore served as a coach developer for more than 20 years, and the associate coach in chief for the Central Section for much of that time. He was responsible for recruiting instructors as well as planning and executing coaching clinics in central New York. 

Moore selflessly shared his knowledge, experience and passion for the game with coaches for more than two decades. His actions on the ice and in the classroom have lived up to the award’s namesake, whose passion for coaching was legendary. 

His extraordinary contributions have positively enhanced the USA Hockey Coaching Education Program at the district and national level. He has always led by example and has demonstrated the values and principles of USA Hockey.
